Independence Day

We spent the fourth at a friend's farm - we had fun swimming in the pool

We also got to feed the horses - Two Step and Tractor

Cecelia liked sitting in the grass watching the kids play frisbee
Then we headed back to the city to watch their first fireworks

Fitz was hoping all day to have a flag to wave. When They finally had it, They did this...They learned it at school this year. (We repeated for the camera)

The kids stayed up waaaayyy past their bedtime, and had a blast! Fitz loved waving Theirs American flag and dancing while They watched (if you look closely, you'll see the Washington Monument to the right of the fireworks)

Seraphina stayed close to Daddy to watch
We were glad to meet up with Jos and them clan
And Cecelia was them usual cheerful self, even at 10pm!

That IS waaaaayy past their bedtimes, but what an experience I'm sure! Glad the kiddos could handle it! ;-) That video was so sweet, and the picture of the three in their patriotic gear is adorable!
