Snow was falling as we left DC and headed west towards Deep Creek Lake - it was still falling the next morning, and all day our first day!
We spent a few hours in the ER that first morning. C was in a lot of pain but still smiling...
Broken leg, wrapped in a splint for the weekend. This wasn't exactly what we were hoping to do that morning, but they was really a trooper and we were so glad we were with our friends who could play with Fitz and Seraphina while we were gone.
After we got back and had a nap, Cecelia wanted to go sledding- Ryan and Daddy helped them around on the toboggan.
Fitz was sledding, too, of course! We had a blast outside
Then, ready for the hot tub (they put them left leg in)
Other people went all the way in!
The next day was sunny and cold, so we headed back out for more sledding and snow play
