We were all so excited to pack up and head to the beach! We brought a lot with us for fun in the sun including bikes, boat, kayaks, food and books...
And three kids...
The kiddos were so excited to arrive and jumped out of the car at the end of the driveway to run to the house!
Fitz says, "I found the first pinecone of the summer!"

Early morning yoga on the deck is one of Mama's favorite times...and the kiddos love it too!

We were so happy to have Aunt Kathy & Uncle John join us!

The kids had fun trying out the kayaks on their own, and did really well!
We got our first crabs
And ate them for dinner!
K&J helped us set up the pool!
The kiddos dug and built these rivers and structures - they had a whole plan...

And we did lots of swimming

The kids ended up trying it on their own and in small groups. So much fun! Then, we all watched in amazement as a deer bounded across the beach! We ran after it, looking for scat
Hot dogs and smores on the campfire,
morning games
and silliness,
and falling asleep with a good book in your hand...our summer is off to a wonderful start!!

What a fun start to your summer experiences! So many awesome activities and memories that will stick with your kiddies. You must be exhausted every night! (Miss y'all!)
