We had a lovely week with Grammie and Granddad! It was so hot, and the water was so calm - great for finding sea glass and shells!
The kiddos dug a hole and "tricked" Granddad into sitting in it...
What a great sport, thanks Granddad!
We did lots of reading with them...
Tons of fishing (though not many fish)
and some good old hanging around
Grammie brought some fun crafts
and back out to the beach!
Early mornings, Fitz would often watch the sunrise
The kids love exploring the open beaches and finding treasure!
Fitz went out in the canoe to try some more fishing
And a huge highlight of the week were some great bike rides!
Keens&Crocs.... Go!
This was the first time Seraphina biked all the way to Point Lookout State Park.
Here's a little video of Cecelia's view from the bike trailer...
We stopped to check out the fishing pier
and kept going to the Lighthouse! Seraphina made it - over 3.5 miles there!!
Fitz was super encouraging, circling back to help Theirs Sibling on.
Mama took the kiddos out on a friend's paddleboard
We enjoyed some lovely time after bed too!
On our next bike ride, we checked out the Nature Center- sting rays!
Dress up like a waterman
and Captain a boat!
The kids were a little worried about the army tent, but after some encouragement (Mama got in too), they tried it out
We had lots of fun in the pool! Check out Seraphina and Cecelia's back flip moves!
